The Law Office of Attorney Jack Byno has been in practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1994. Our attorneys have experience protecting clients' driving records and defending against Fort Worth speeding tickets, DWI, CDL violations, incarceration, and other traffic-related legal issues. It is our mission to provide the best defense we can for each of our Fort Worth clients.

Jack Byno, Attorney at Law
JACK BYNO grew up in the City of Euless. Once he graduated from high school and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas, he made his way to Japan, where he resided for three years teaching English. After returning to the States and graduating from the Southern Illinois University School of Law, he moved back to Texas and passed the Bar Exam. He established his own DFW-area law firm in 1994, and by 1999 was chosen as Municipal Court Judge of Haltom City. After garnering additional judicial experience as Associate Judge for the cities of Richland Hills, North Richland Hills, Hurst, Bedford, Euless and Grapevine, Attorney Byno left the bench and now works full-time at his law firm. Helping clients in Fort Worth and all across North Texas with their traffic violations, he provides defense for issues ranging from speeding tickets and DL suspension to DWI charges.

Fiona Worthy, Attorney at Law

FIONA WORTHY was raised in the City of Houston. In 1993, she graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Communications and Journalism, and began work as a middle school teacher for Houston ISD. After serving as a public educator for 12 years, she became interested in Texas traffic law and enrolled at Houston's South Texas College of Law. Graduating in 2011, she relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and joined the Law Office of Attorney Jack Byno. Since proving herself an integral component of the DFW law community, Attorney Worthy is on retainer around the clock for her Fort Worth clients, providing services including immediate jail release.
